Trouble Shooting Logic Train-The-Trainer (T3)
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Trouble Shooting Logic (TSL) is the premiere problem solving and decision making training available anywhere, at any price. The TSL Train-the-Trainer is an intensive, skill development process that provides all of the knowledge, skills and job aids needed to prepare a person to effectively
- deliver TSL workshops in-house and
- facilitate troubleshooting, planning, and decision-making processes within your organization.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEARN
- All four of the TSL processes (Status Assessment, Deviation Analysis, Choice Analysis, and Plan Implementation Analysis) to a level of mastery
- The Systematic Learning Process. Even if your instructor candidates have never taught a workshop before, they will learn how adults learn and will be able to present the concepts effectively. If your instructor candidates already have experience delivering other workshops, they will become more effective instructors and coaches.
- How to Coach for Effective Process. The TSL workshop that the instructors teach utilizes case practice in addition to working on current, live job concerns. In order for participants to learn, the instructor must effectively coach and guide the participants. TSL Instructor candidates learn effective coaching techniques, when and how to employ them, in order to promote the best learning possible.
- How to Facilitate the Processes. They will be your in-house process experts that are prepared to guide and facilitate the resolution of complex problems, choices and projects.
BENEFITS
- Your organization brings the learning in-house, enabling you to
-- Train your people when it's convenient for you
-- Trouble Shoot your issues with the guidance of in-house master facilitators
- With a Site License, you are able to saturate your population with these skills in the most cost-effective manner possible.
