Experiential Expertise Train the Trainer (T3)

FSTD's Experiential Expertise T3 gives you the skills and confidence to facilitate your team's learning using Experiential projects in the classroom and on the challenge course.  This T3 can be delivered either as a two, three or five day course, depending upon which Experiential Activities you wish to focus upon (more below).  Every T3 covers the following Core Skills:

  • activity selection - Which activity will accomplish my training goals, given the stage of the group and individual members?
  • sequencing - What order should I schedule the activities so as to progressively build upon the learning?
  • presentation - How do I introduce the activity to create the proper tone and position my group for optimal learning?
  • facilitation - How do I lead the activity?  What factors should I be attending to while the group does its work?
  • debriefing - How will I assist the group to transfer its learning back to the workplace?
