What should be characterized as engagement, lively discussion and showing real commitment often turn out quite differently. In THE TEAM MEETING, you'll learn how to structure and facilitate meetings so that they are energized and add real value to your team's work.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

THE TEAM MEETING is a highly interactive workshop in which your team members learn the essential elements of an effective meeting and the crucial Facilitating Behaviors. They then hold a meeting to revise meeting norms in light of the model presented, with instructor coaching and feedback; the Team then holds a second meeting, this time to do actual work, with the instructor intervening to refine skills.
